For over 14 years beginning in the country of Colombia, IASCA Director Javier Pardo has built a tremendously strong following of competitors and Industry. IASCA Colombia has more than 300 IASCA competitor members and support from all major manufacturers and distributors in Latin America, including Pioneer, Alpine, Kenwood, Soundstream and many others.
In 2007, IASCA Worldwide Inc. has ventured into an arrangement with Pardo to service all Spanish speaking countries in Latin America inclusive of Mexico, Central and throughout South America. Soundoff Events are being produced in Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, Panama and Colombia with more countries to follow.
IASCA Latin America's most famous competition format, "SPL Open Show", is a variation of IASCA Worldwide's "Everblast Bass Boxing" and is without a doubt the most popular competition format in the region. Held every year at the IASCA Colombia Finals event Open Show brings competitors of all types into a forum to crank it up old school style. Open the doors and let 'er rip! Couple that with one of the most amazing side shows "Las Chicas de Car Audio" in an amazing and sexy fashion show that rivals any Bikini contest you've seen and you have a mobile electronics party with all the necessary ingredients including well over 15,000 participants.
