Free admission for spectators, all parking lots open surrounding the venue, including one under the East hall, most parking lots are $20/day.

A 2026 3X Kickoff event will happen at the same time.  You can prereg below.  Anyone with or without a finals invitation can compete in the 3X Kickoff event.

Vehicles entering the building (competition vehicles)
Vehicles in the BJCC must have less than a 1/4 tank of gas.  Fire marshals will be onsite at entrances for verification.  Also, oil drip pans are required for all vehicles.  All vehicles must be cleared out of the BJCC by 8PM Sunday.

Overnight Security
There will be overnight security at the BJCC Friday 8PM to 8AM and Saturday 8PM to 8AM.

Load doors (gate at North hall) will be closed all other times

Registration pickup
Registration pick up will be at the entrance to the North Hall.  Registration pickup will begin at 12PM Friday.

Judging schedule
Both SQ and SPL will have a judging schedule (new for SPL).  This will become available the week leading up to the event.

Electrical Access
Everyone who needs electrical outlet access will need to register with Edlen and pay through them.  Order  your electrical by Sept 20 to get a discounted rate ($115 pre-order vs $173 onsite).  Edlen will handle all your needs and your registration for electrical.  The organizations are not a part of your electrical sign up.  This is run separately per the requirements of the venue.  You can register here and just enter location and booth size as unknown: https://bjccordering.edlen.com/
IASCA is also covering the charge for labor for set up – your cost should only be $115 pre-order or $173 onsite.  You may get a notice for an hour of labor for set up – this is already covered by IASCA.
