IASCA sanctioned events are taking place all over the world every day! To see where events are taking place near you, visit our Events page to see what’s happening in your area.
Most IASCA events are scheduled well in advance, however, remember that some may “pop up” at the last minute, so keep a close eye on the event schedule regularly.
IASCA events are meant to be fun for the whole family; you’ll find that many veteran competitors are always willing to help out a fellow car audio enthusiast, because like us, they want to see our industry grow too!
Events can take place anywhere from your local dealer’s shop or alongside a major automotive event through one of our many Certified Event Directors. Each event has a status level that’s associated to a points scale that veteran competitors use to earn qualifying points to compete at our Annual Finals Event. The event levels are multipliers of the standard point system, which is 10 points for 1st place, 9 for 2nd, 8 for 3rd and so on until 10th place and down which is worth 1 point each. IASCA offers 3 different levels of event; they are:
- SPE (or “single point”) event. (Points multiplier times 1)
- DPE (or “double point”) event (Points multiplier times 2). 1st place at a DPE is worth 20 points, 2nd is worth 18 points, and so on.
- TKE (or “triple point”) event. Also known as a “Territorial Key Event”, the points multiplier at TKEs is times 3 (30 for 1st place, 27 for 2nd and so on)
