Everyone who needs electrical outlet access will need to register with Edlen and pay through the,. Order your electrical by Sept 21 to get a discounted rate ($110 pre-order vs $165 onsite). Edlen will handle all your needs and your registration for electrical. The organizations are not a part of your electrical sign up. This is run separately per the requirements of the venue. You can register here and just enter location and booth size as unknown: https://bjccordering.edlen.com/
IASCA is also covering the charge for labor for set up – your cost should only be $110 pre-order or $165 onsite. You may get a notice for an hour of labor for set up – this is already covered by IASCA.

Canopy tents
Only vendors or sponsors, and the host organizations, will be allowed to have canopy tents indoors. Fire extinguishers are required for each canopy tent.  Email [email protected] if you are interested in sponsoring or being a vendor.
