Judging Friday and Saturday morning, competitor showcasing (demos) after judging.
Awards presentation Sunday morning.
Vehicles will be inside the exposition center along with other vendors in the same expo hall. Oil pans are required as well as 1/4 tank or less of fuel. All vehicles must be registered and have auto insurance coverage. Vehicles will not be allowed to idle inside. Electrical is included with your registration, so bring your own power supply.
Vehicle load times are Friday 9AM to 11AM.
Please clean vehicles – consider each competition vehicle as a booth vehicle.
No banners unless part of a vendor registered with T.H.E. (contact Travis for vendor information). Signage displaying install diagrams are welcome.
