The 2024 IASCA World Finals/Car Audio Championship is a great place for company exposure and opportunity to sell product or merchandise! During last year’s event, we had spectators coming to our event, looking to purchase from vendors. For 2024, we are adding another 3rd hall that connects the two main halls of competition. This hall will focus on vendors. Within each Car Audio Championship Sound Quality and SPL halls, some vendors spots will be available if these groups are your core consumer. We will have over 150,000 sq ft of show vehicles and vendors. In addition to IASCA, EMMA, MASQ, ISPLL, and MECA SQ will also be conducting their season ending championship. Get signed up early before space runs out in any of the halls. With the added car show, there will more spectators this year!
Vendor Space
For a 10’x20′ open space, the cost is $250 for the entire weekend (Friday afternoon set up, Saturday and Sunday show). If you need additional space, you may purchase more in 10’x20′ increments. A layout will be available soon.
Show headlining sponsorship is also available. Have your company’s logo and name on all marketing advertisements, along with multiple vendor spots if needed. Leading up to the event, your logo will be on all our advertisements that will be used throughout the BJCC, Legacy Arena, and social media channels in Birmingham. Power is an additional cost and will be handled onsite through Edlen. Order your electrical by Sept 21 to get a discounted rate ($110 pre-order vs $165 onsite). Edlen will handle all your needs and your registration for electrical. This is run separately per the requirements of the venue. IASCA is also covering the charge for labor for set up – your cost should only be $110 pre-order or $165 onsite. You may get a notice for an hour of labor for set up – this is already covered by IASCA.
Vendors who commit early will get a choice of which hall they will be assigned to. SQ will be lined up with SQ competitors for the ease of SQ demos. The SPL hall will have designated SPL demo times but will generally be much louder, and will also be the location for the car show DJ in addition to housing half of the custom car show. The vendor only hall and additional custom car show space is adjacent to the SQ hall and will also be relatively low noise.
If using a pop-up tent, each tent must have a fire extinguisher, visible by the fire marshal during Saturday morning inspection. This inspection happens before the doors are open to anyone (vendors, competitors, spectators), so it must be in a position visible to the fire marshal before leaving the venue Friday night.
No food or beverage may be sold. Concessions will be onsite.
